We first met Dr. Ira S. Wolfe when he visited Dallas to present his widely acclaimed book, "The Perfect
Labor Storm 2.0: Workforce Trends That WIll Change the Way You Do Business" to a meeting of the DFW chapter
of the Institute of Management Consultants.
Following the presentation, we had the opportunity to visit with him about the impact of technology on the
workforce trends he had documented in his book. At the time I invited him to visit our Second Life offices to gain an
appreciation for what virtual reality technology offered to the functioning of teams geographically dispersed around
the globe.
Several months later, Dr. Wolfe scheduled an "in-world" meeting with us which he documented and included in his
