Even the most effective teams get bogged down from time to time. Team leader's
must identify at the earliest possible time the barriers which are beginning to impact the progress of individuals in
order to implement barrier removal processes. Schedule slippages may be a symptom of a lack of barrier identification
and removal processes.
We undertake projects to examine and assess the barrier identification and removal processes
