Lencioni Leads Workshop In Dallas!

On Wednesday, October 8, 2003, Patrick Lencioni, the best selling author of The Five Dysfunctions of a Team, lead a "TEAMinar" workshop in Dallas.  The one-day, intense, practical, business-focused workshop for intact leadership teams provided the participating teams with tools to focus on their identified dysfunctions and develop action plans to drive highly effective teamwork.
