The leaders of the
teams at the top determine the pace and depth of success experienced by an organization. We have worked with many top
team leaders who are outstanding and lead their organizations to achieve results that set them apart from their peers and
competitors. Becoming an outstanding team leader requires a focus on many aspects of one's core values and strengths.
We were inspired to develop this "Top Team Leader's DNA" listing after reading several articles that defined
the "DNA" for top perfomers in various areas of endeavor. We were also inspired by the book "True Leaders" by Bette Price and George Ritcheske to include elements of "doing the right thing at the right time for the right reason" in our DNA listing. Please click
